1.3 Account Registration

To access the full features of jiji999, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party;

1.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jiji999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jiji999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiji999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. jiji999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

2.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jiji999 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before processing. jiji999 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard Philippine interbank processing timelines. jiji999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification of account identity, bonus wagering completion, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

2.4 Player Funds

Player funds deposited into jiji999 accounts are held separately from operational funds. jiji999 does not use player funds for operational expenses. However, jiji999 does not pay interest on player account balances.

2.5 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jiji999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jiji999 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

3.4 Modification of Promotions

jiji999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.

4 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

4.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jiji999 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed on the Platform and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay matters.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

4.3 Malfunction Policy

5 Account Suspension & Termination

5.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jiji999 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

5.2 Termination by jiji999

jiji999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to pass identity or age verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Violation of applicable Philippine laws or PAGCOR regulations;

5.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, jiji999 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including deposits and winnings, where such termination results from fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or material breach of these Terms. Where termination is not for cause, remaining balances will be returned subject to standard verification procedures.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or system error;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

jiji999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
